On Site Registration:
When you arrive at the auction site, you will come to the auction office
and complete the bidder's registration and agreement form. To complete
the form you will need a driver's license or a passport with photo
identification. A letter of guarantee of payment from your bank,
listing phone and FAX numbers and the name of the person to contact
if you are a successful bidder, will also be required.
A bidder's
number is required for everyone participating in a Yellow Iron
auction. After completion of the registration form, you will receive
a copy of the "Buyer's Guide". It will list all items to be sold during
the auction with their descriptions. You will be responsible for
items purchased and payment
of all items that are sold with your bidder's number.
Absentee Registration:
If you will not be able to attend the auction in person you can bid through

Terms and Conditions will apply to the
absentee bidder as well as those required for the "On Site bidders".
If you will be exporting any equipment, it will be up to you to work
with an Exporter regarding crating and shipment.
